SERVICE OVERVIEW:

I. Primary stage

• A client fills a free chances asesment form to determine if he suits for the immigration program.

Please be very attentive while filling in the questionaire. Those fields that are not relevant to you should be marked with N/A. Important: in order to receive accurate chances evaluation give as many details on your education, work experience and language proficiency as possible. The form can be filled only in English.

II. Company makes decision (1-3 days)

• Your primary immigration chances evaluation form is being reviewed after which or company informs you on the possibility of immigration and the variants to do this
  
  
• If you have no other questions we send you a confimation letter indicating that we are ready to start your immigration case and the plan of further actions.

III. Client's decision. Initial payment.

• Our confirmation is valid for 30 days.
  
• After accepting the agreement, a client receives a payment invoice for $500(USD). The invoice can be paid by variopus means from any part f the world.

IV. Primary application file preparation for submitting to CIU-Sydney, Novascotia Canada (2-4 weeks)

• After making the initial payment a client gets a list of the required documents and an initial process kit containing all the forms and instructions to begin the preparation. The kit includes the agreement, immigration forms, use of representative, and a number of other documents along with instructions on their filling and submission.
  
  
• You collect the required documents, make thir translation and notarize them. As an additional service you may order dcuments translation from our company.
  
  


• At this stage you will get a list of professional duties that correspond to your chosen occupation. Your reference from the places of job must corresspond to these duties. You will get sample reference letters as well.
  
  
• We will give you instructions on aquiring Police clearence certificates and criminal history records in your country and in every country where you were living for more than 6 months. We'll advise on how to prove the dependancy f your children and other family members.

V. Principal immigration case preparation for submitting to your local Canadian embassy (2-4 weeks). Second payment.

• After submitting the primary application in 1-2 months an applicant ususally receives a confirmation with the request to submit the principal appliaction (primary application package + supporting documents) to his local Canadian visa office(embassy). After all the documents are collected, their translation and certifying is complete the primary application case is being prepared and checked for submission. We check the correctness of all the translations. You personally sign all the forms.
  
  
• By the momement the immigration files is prepared, checked and is ready for sending to the visa office, a client is making the second payment.
  
  
• At this stage the payment is - 2300$.
  
  
• The government fee for reviewing the immigration case is 550 CAD for each adult and 150 CAD for each child under 22 years old.

VI. Waiting for the selection interview request from the embassy (1-4 months)

• During this stage an applicant can take the language test. If requested by the embassy the missing or additional documents are gathered and sent to the embassy. At this stage the embassy performs your backgrond check: verifies the documents, sends requests to your places of education and work. If some questions appear, the embassy can send a letter requesting additional information.
  
  
• After receiving the invitation for an interview at the embassy we start to prepare you for the interview. You will receive a guideline for the interview and the most probable its variant for your taken case.
  The preparation needs an applicant's active work.

VII. medical examination (1 - 2 months)

• Getting the medical forms means the beginning of the final stage of your immigration process and in 95% this guarantees your approval. We didn't have any case when a client was rejected at this stage, but we will advise you on the medical conditions that can prevent you from successfull immigration process.
  
  
• At this stage we will give you all instructions conserning the place, cost and procedures of the medical examination. We will give you tips on successfull completing this stage.
  
  

VII. Security check of you and your family by the Canadian special services (1- 3 months)

• This stage mpostly concerns applicants who have been working for the govenment institutions, special services or were contractors in the army. This stage in most cases passes discretely from the applicant. At the final point an applicant can be invited for the Security Interview

IX. Receiving Promise of Visa Letter(POVL), paying for visas(ROPR), providing the settlement funds proof and getting the visas at the embassy (1- 3 months)

• At this stage you will be required to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ROPR - 490 CAD for each member of your family.
